General Questions

Kindness Beauty is a Minority Women-Owned, America Company. Our products are formulated in the U.S. and the products are made in Korea.

Yes! Every product we develop undergoes strict dermatologist testing and approval.

Never. All Kindness Beauty products are free of parabens, silicones, phenoxyethanol, GMO, and sulfates.

We use FSC Mix Packaging. We print 100% of our materials on sustainable paper and cardboard that's labeled FSC.  100% of our packaging is recyclable including all components.

Never! The entire philosophy behind Kindness Beauty is "do no harm". This means that our entire process is designed to cause no harm to you, the planet, and our animal friends.

Shipping Questions

Not yet. We currently ship to the U.S. only. But we plan to be shipping internationally in the near future.

We have two options for delivery. Free shipping is for UPS or USPS for a standard delivery time of 3-5 days. You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority for 2-3 day delivery. Cost will be calculated at checkout.

If your order is received before 12pm EST, your order will be dispatched the same day. If your order is received after 12pm EST, it will be sent the next business day.

Yes, as long your order has not been process and shipped you can change your shipping address in your Shopify customer account. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are not able to re-route it. For more information please contact hello@kindness-beauty.com.
