Pack it in your birth bag and take it with your peri bottle for those first post-childbirth bathroom trips. Before use, may be stored in the refrigerator for extra cooling effect.

- Way #2: Spritz the spray on a maxi pad and wear the pad for soothing and cooling relief. You can also put the pad in your fridge or freezer for an extra cooling effect before wearing it.
